The Selfing Challenge
Selfing is the act of giving to one’s self.
It is a place of balance. When we neglect others from our nurturing and giving, it can be considered selfish, when we neglect ourselves, it is selfless. Both, will result in feeling resentful and unfulfilled.
Selfing is the place that we can love ourselves, while nurturing others. For example, scheduling time for ourselves, just as we do other appointments in our lives. Whether it is exercise, meditation or tea with a friend. The act of ‘selfing’ changes your perspective and leaves you feeling fulfilled.
Your task: Under each heading write down for one full week what you have done for yourself.
